Pascal - Pastry Chef
Pascal Bagioli was born in Toulouse in the South of France. After 15 years perfecting his craft as a professional Pastry Chef in France, he came to Canada in 2005.

He has always loved to bake and nothing makes him happier than sharing the quality and beauty of traditional French baking with others. (Well maybe cycling in the Pyrenees comes pretty close.)
He believes the fewer ingredients and the simpler the recipe, the finer the end result. Simplicity is his guiding principle. Pure delight, the destination.
You don’t have to go to France to experience fine French pastry. Enjoy real French pastries made by a real French guy - no passport required.
Lison - Manager

Originally from Montreal and given a French name, Lison has always had a petite love affair with all things French. Recently, she discovered, with delight, a village in France with the same name.
Her background has been primarily in marketing and communications selling everything from symphony orchestras to the work of visual artists.
The one constant in her career (and life) is an appreciation for beauty and a joie de vivre and sharing that love of beauty and spirit with others.
Her sense of aesthetics includes beautiful food and she feels privileged to work with a professional like Pascal who also savours the simple pleasures of life and wishes to inspire others to do the same.
